this album came to be very quickly.
after playing the last festival of the 1996 summer season,
we imidiately started working out new songs. i was busy
writing german poetry and short stories, something i had
started doing long ago, but never gave it any importance.
it did help me write english lyrics in a different way,
while ulrike was setting up a whole new sound library and
got tim hooked to record and sample his own drumming.
this is my favorite rainbirds record so far,
especially because i can`t think of any recording session
that was more intense and inspired than this one.
